VCI Machine Cover

Protects surfaces the film never touches

The problem it prevents

Oil and grease work, but every gram has to be cleaned off before the machine is used.

That costs labour, solvent and time, and it makes a mess of the assembly area. The degreasing step usually costs more than most people have ever added up.

VCI removes that whole step.

VCI works only while the cover stays closed. The label says so.

What it is

VCI stands for Vapour Corrosion Inhibitor. The film releases a corrosion-inhibiting vapour inside the sealed cover, and that vapour settles as a very thin protective layer on every metal surface inside, including surfaces the film never touches.

This matters for machines with internal bores, gear cases, threaded holes and hidden surfaces that no coating can reach. There is nothing to clean off afterwards. The part is unwrapped and used, with no degreasing step and no solvent.
