Your filling line is slower than it needs to be, and product is leaving in the liner.
Most of what limits a filling line is not the machine. Air that cannot escape during filling slows the cycle and pushes bags out of shape. Tube liners have to be worked into shape as they fill. Creases hold product you have already paid for.
