Net Baffle Jumbo Bag
Costs more per piece and less per tonne delivered
Faster filling without touching the filling machine
During fast filling, the air pushed out by the incoming product has to escape somewhere. Without venting it blows the bag up, slows the filling rate, and pushes the bag out of shape so it will not stack square.
Filling is slow, bags come out fat and round, and the warehouse cannot stack them properly. The vent panel fixes it at a fraction of the cost of new filling equipment.
Vent panels let the air out while the powder stays in.
A single or double loop FIBC fitted with air releasing vent panels. With venting, the fill cycle is faster, the bag holds the shape it is meant to hold on the pallet, and the stack is more stable in the warehouse and in the container.
Our development work has been on where the vents are placed and how many are needed for a given fill rate and product density. Vents in the wrong place do very little. We work this out from your fill rate rather than copying a standard pattern.
Every one of these can be changed for your application, and a sample is supplied for trial fitment before bulk production.

Every product we make is built to order, so the conversation starts with your specification rather than with our price list. Sample liners and trial covers are supplied for fitment before bulk production begins.
