Multilayer Plastic Liner for Non-Hazardous Products

More strength from less material

The problem it prevents

You are living with bulging, wasted volume and the odd split, and calling it normal.

Most operations are using a single-layer liner because nobody offered them anything else. A multilayer liner removes all three problems.

A well-designed multilayer film can be thinner than the single-layer film it replaces and still be stronger, which brings the cost per liner down rather than up.

What it is

A multilayer co-extruded liner for non-hazardous products carried in bulk containers. The multilayer construction gives strength under the weight of the load without the bulging and distortion that a single-layer film shows when it is filled.

The liner holds the shape it is meant to hold, so the container behind it stacks and travels predictably and the full rated volume can actually be used.

Key features

  • Non-bulging strength under load
  • Sturdy in transit and during handling
  • Makes full use of the container volume
  • Made to the container's internal dimensions
  • Fitting and discharge arrangements to specification

Specification

Materials
Multilayer co-extruded polyethylene film.
Sizes
Made to your container's internal dimensions.
Applications
Non-hazardous products, food-grade products, water-based products, powder chemicals.
Where it is used
The everyday workhorse across food ingredients, plastics, minerals and general chemicals. This is the highest volume product in the section.

How we build it

Our co-extrusion work is aimed at getting more strength from less material. Show us the liner you are using now and we will tell you whether a thinner multilayer structure would outperform it.

Built to your specification

Every one of these can be changed for your application, and a sample is supplied for trial fitment before bulk production.
