PE Box Type Liner

Two problems solved by one change

The problem it prevents

Filling is slow, and expensive product is left stuck in the creases.

A tube liner has to be worked into shape as it fills, which is why filling is slow. And creases are exactly where product residue collects, so material you have already paid for never leaves the liner.

Most operations treat both as unavoidable. They are not.

What it is

A pre-formed box shaped liner that opens into a square profile inside the FIBC, instead of being a simple tube. Because the liner already holds the shape of the container, filling is faster, the bag fills square from the first load, and the full volume of the container is used.

Box type liners also crease far less.

Key features

  • Pre-formed square profile that matches the container
  • Faster and more even filling
  • Full volume used with no wasted corners
  • Less creasing, so less product residue left behind
  • Available in plain PE, EVOH and conductive constructions

Specification

Materials
Polyethylene, multilayer film, EVOH or conductive film.
Sizes
Made to your container's internal dimensions.
Applications
Powders, granules, food ingredients, chemicals, plastic compounds.
Where it is used
High-volume powder and granule fillers, and any operation that has complained about slow filling or product left in the liner.

How we build it

Our box type liners are made across the full material range, including EVOH and conductive films. Most suppliers offer box type only in plain PE, which forces you to give up barrier or static protection to get the shape. We do not make you choose.

Built to your specification

Every one of these can be changed for your application, and a sample is supplied for trial fitment before bulk production.
