EVOH Barrier Liner
Oxygen barrier with the handling behaviour of PE
Two problems solved by one change
A tube liner has to be worked into shape as it fills, which is why filling is slow. And creases are exactly where product residue collects, so material you have already paid for never leaves the liner.
Most operations treat both as unavoidable. They are not.
Welded corners, so the liner is square before anything goes in.
A pre-formed box shaped liner that opens into a square profile inside the FIBC, instead of being a simple tube. Because the liner already holds the shape of the container, filling is faster, the bag fills square from the first load, and the full volume of the container is used.
Box type liners also crease far less.
Our box type liners are made across the full material range, including EVOH and conductive films. Most suppliers offer box type only in plain PE, which forces you to give up barrier or static protection to get the shape. We do not make you choose.
Every one of these can be changed for your application, and a sample is supplied for trial fitment before bulk production.
