Round Drum Liner with Integrated Dispensing Spout
Turns a throwaway drum into a returnable asset
Made to your drum, not to whatever size the supplier already makes
Most buyers have accepted a liner that does not fit, because that is all their current supplier makes. They live with creasing, trapped product and the occasional seam failure and treat it as normal.
A liner that is too small is stressed at the seams under the weight of the product and can burst in transit. A liner that is too large folds and creases, and product gets trapped in those folds and cannot be recovered. The difference in residue and in transit failures is obvious within one batch.
Made to the drum you actually use, from 6 inches to 100.
Standard drum liners force you to accept whatever size the supplier already makes. We make the liner to the drum instead. Getting the diameter right is not a cosmetic matter.
The 6 inch to 100 inch range covers everything from small laboratory and pharmaceutical containers, through 200 litre process drums, up to large open-top bulk containers. All of them are built to the same construction standard.
The 6 to 100 inch capability is a plant investment, not a claim. It comes from our own lamination, extrusion, cutting and heat-sealing lines and from tooling built up over years of one-off jobs. Very few manufacturers can quote the small diameters and the very large diameters from the same shop floor.
Send us the drum drawing, or one sample drum, and we will make a trial liner to it.
Every one of these can be changed for your application, and a sample is supplied for trial fitment before bulk production.

Every product we make is built to order, so the conversation starts with your specification rather than with our price list. Sample liners and trial covers are supplied for fitment before bulk production begins.
