PVC Bulk Bag Liner
Specified on compatibility, not on price
For product groups that polyethylene cannot hold
This is a compatibility problem, not a price problem. Certain aggressive and hazardous chemical groups attack standard films.
If your current liner is being attacked, softened or discoloured by the product inside it, the answer is not a thicker version of the same material. It is the right material.
PVC where the product needs a liner that stays flexible and clear.
PVC round drum liners are specified where the product will not sit safely against polyethylene, and where PVC is the only material that is compatible with what is being packed.
PVC also stays soft and flexible over a wide temperature range, and can be supplied clear so the contents stay visible. It shapes itself to drums with an irregular profile, which makes it useful where the drum is not a clean cylinder.
Material compatibility work is done case by case against your product data sheet before anything is quoted. We would rather refuse a job than supply a film that will fail. Send the data sheet first and we will tell you whether PVC is the right answer for your product, including when it is not.
Every one of these can be changed for your application, and a sample is supplied for trial fitment before bulk production.

Every product we make is built to order, so the conversation starts with your specification rather than with our price list. Sample liners and trial covers are supplied for fitment before bulk production begins.
