A machine tool is sold on its accuracy. A corroded slideway destroys that permanently.

The machine is worth a fortune, and the surface that decides its value is a few microns thick. It cannot be polished out.

Machine tools have exposed slideways, ballscrews and precision ground surfaces that corrode from the lightest condensation, inside an enclosure too large for any standard packaging.

There is no standard size in this work at all. Every cover is fabricated from the machine drawing. Our ability to work to any size and shape, and to combine that with VCI and vacuum laminate, is the core capability of this whole section.
