Transformer Protective Cover

Protects the machine and the sale
A generator often sits in a dealer yard or at a project site for months before it is commissioned. It arrives looking new and it has to still look new when the customer sees it.
Generator sets bring together machined metal surfaces, electrical control panels and painted enclosures, and every one of those suffers from moisture and salt air during storage and transit.
Covered before it leaves, not wrapped on the truck.
The cover is made to the set's dimensions, seals around the base, and can be supplied with VCI treatment for exposed metal and desiccant capacity for long journeys.
Covers are built for the full range of sets, from small standby units up to large silent canopy sets, including the exhaust and control panel projections.
We design the cover around the canopy shape, the exhaust projection and the base, so it seals properly instead of being a loose bag thrown over the top. We have built covers for the major generator brands and know how each canopy behaves.
Every one of these can be changed for your application, and a sample is supplied for trial fitment before bulk production.
