VCI Machine Cover
Protects surfaces the film never touches
Protection and identification in the same cover
The main machine gets protected and the loose parts get thrown in the crate. Then commissioning stops because one instrument is corroded or one spare cannot be found.
A covered and clearly marked component is found in minutes at site instead of being hunted through a crate, which matters when an engineer is standing there on paid time.
Each item bagged on its own, so one damaged part is one damaged part.
Chargers, drives, instruments and loose machine components are usually the parts that arrive damaged, because they are shipped alongside the main assembly with no protection of their own. Individually sized covers keep each item sealed and identifiable through the whole journey.
Combining protection with identification is the useful part here. We size to each component and print or label the cover so the part is identified without being opened.
Every one of these can be changed for your application, and a sample is supplied for trial fitment before bulk production.
