Pallet Shrink Hood
Makes the stack behave as one block
No loose folds where water can collect
It traps water in the folds and holds it against the metal. Anyone who has tried tarpaulins on coils knows exactly what this looks like when the cover comes off.
Shrunk to the shape, so nothing moves inside it.
A heat-shrinkable cover that is pulled down tight onto the equipment, so the film follows the shape closely instead of hanging loose. This suits large round or awkward components such as coils, reels, wheels, drums, tanks and rolled material, where a flat cover would leave folds that collect water.
The tight fit stops the film flapping in wind, keeps water from pooling in folds, and holds the load together as one unit for handling.
We work on getting the right shrink ratio and thickness for the shape, so the film pulls tight without splitting at the tight radius. Getting this wrong is the usual reason shrink covers fail in the field.
Every one of these can be changed for your application, and a sample is supplied for trial fitment before bulk production.

Every product we make is built to order, so the conversation starts with your specification rather than with our price list. Sample liners and trial covers are supplied for fitment before bulk production begins.
