VCI Pallet Cover

A full pallet of metal parts protected in one operation

The problem it prevents

Wrapping parts one by one is slow. Oiling them means degreasing them later.

Count the minutes per pallet spent wrapping parts individually or applying oil, then multiply by pallets per day. That labour number alone usually justifies the change.

The corrosion protection comes free on top of it.

What it is

A pallet cover made in VCI film, so a full pallet of metal parts is protected against corrosion in one operation instead of wrapping every part separately. The corrosion-inhibiting vapour fills the space under the cover and settles on every metal surface inside.

This is the fastest way to protect a mixed pallet of machined parts, castings, fasteners or components in storage or transit, with no oil to apply and nothing to clean off afterwards.
