Liquid Flexi Bag, 1000 to 1500 Litres, with Inlet and Discharge Valves

No container to clean, track or bring back

The problem it prevents

Most operations have never added up the cost of the return journey and the cleaning.

An IBC fleet is an asset that has to be bought, tracked, cleaned, repaired and brought back empty. Each of those is a separate line in a different budget, which is why the total is rarely seen in one place.

When it is added up, the flexi bag usually wins clearly. The argument is strongest on one-way export routes.

What it is

A flexible bulk liquid container for 1000 to 1500 litre loads, supplied with inlet and discharge valves and an outer assembly that holds the bag in shape during filling, transport and discharge.

The bag is filled through the inlet valve, carried in its supporting assembly, emptied through the discharge valve, and then disposed of or recycled. There is no container to clean, track or bring back.

Where it is used
Liquid chemical and edible oil producers, contract fillers, and exporters shipping liquid in volume. It fits best where the delivery is one-way and the container would otherwise have to come back empty.
