Collapsible Bladder Tank with Support Frame

Goes up in hours, comes down in hours, moves to the next site

The problem it prevents

A fixed tank means civil work, time and a permanent commitment on a temporary site.

When the project moves, the tank cannot. A bladder tank goes up in hours, comes down in hours, and travels to the next site.

What it is

A heavy duty collapsible bladder tank for storing water, fuel or process liquid where a fixed tank is not practical. The bladder is made from reinforced PVC-coated fabric and is held in a knock-down support frame, so it can be set up at site, filled, emptied and folded away again.

This suits construction sites, remote projects, temporary storage during a plant shutdown, emergency water supply and fire fighting reserve. Capacity, fabric grade and frame design are all built to the site requirement.

  • Knock-down support frame supplied with the tank
  • Heavy duty reinforced PVC-coated fabric
  • Fill and discharge fittings positioned to the site requirement
  • Made to any capacity the site needs
  • Set up and taken down without civil work or permanent installation

How we build it

We supply the bladder and the frame together as one engineered system. Bladder tanks bought as a bare bag usually fail because the support is improvised at site. Designing both together is what makes the installation work.

Built to your specification

Every one of these can be changed for your application, and a sample is supplied for trial fitment before bulk production.
